Where your order ships from

Our toys are shipped directly from our partner warehouses in China to your door in the UK. Working this way lets us offer quality toys at fair prices, with free tracked delivery on every order.

Where we deliver

We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Standard tracked delivery is free on all UK orders.

Delivery times

• Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days.
• Delivery usually takes 7 to 15 working days after dispatch.
• If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate parcels.

As soon as your order is dispatched, we will email you a tracking number. You can follow your parcel at any time on our Track your order page.

Customs and taxes

If you are ever asked for an unexpected charge on delivery, please contact us before paying it.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 25 working days of dispatch, please contact us through our contact page and we will investigate and send a replacement or refund.
