Your right to cancel

If you change your mind, you can cancel your order within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To cancel, simply tell us through our contact page, including your order number. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

How to return an item

• Please contact us before sending anything back, so we can give you the correct return address and instructions.
• Items should be returned unused, in their original packaging where possible.
• Unless the item is faulty or not as described, the cost of returning it is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back (or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is sooner). Refunds go back to your original payment method, and include the standard delivery cost you paid.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will offer a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If you have any concern about the safety of a product, stop using it immediately and contact us.
